It shouldn't be a surprise by this point that online reviews have massive impact on businesses. I can probably find an ample amount of studies that back this statement up, but I think you already know this. Whenever people are in the market for some product or service, they do their research online first. And the search result that show the best combination of high ratings with quantity of ratings is most likely who that person is going to go with.
